Tasty breakfast and fantastic staff!!!

Gorgeous, beach property. Huge and reasonably spacious room, with a personal safe, climate control, and an iron. A lot of different food for meals. Nice service throughout my stay. A fabulous stay with a nice swimming pool.

The pool was clean, the staff was fantastic friendly and excellent. The location was great and brilliant, for example, a natural history museum was within walking distance of the hotel.

The hotel has a central location to the 3 villages that are near by. The units are huge, spotless. Thank you, I will be back, liked this place.

Beautifully maintained and good sized room, besides I had a particularly nice view of the mountains. Location: the hotel was close enough to the centre of Hersonissos, Greece, and the centre of bars and shops.

Great food, both for breakfast and dinner, with good vegetarian options. Convenient location near bus station and beach. Friendly staff, especially servers and housekeeping. Comfortable, well-equipped room. Would return if in Crete again.

During our stay at Sergios Hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the food and drinks on offer. The variety of dishes, including fish, vegetables, salads, and Cretan specialties. We particularly loved the delicious tzatziki, which was the best we've ever tasted. The manager, Dimitris, was always present, ensuring everything was running smoothly, and the staff at reception. The hotel's location was excellent, with shops, beaches, and bars all within close proximity. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was also commendable. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Although we had a fantastic stay, it's worth mentioning that the shower in our room could use some renovation. Additionally, it would have been helpful to be informed upon arrival that only water was included for free during dinner, as we were charged extra for a cup of tea on our first evening.

Overall the room is great-sized, brand-new and includes all the necessary facilities and a kettle...

The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. The food was diverse and delicious. The location was convenient, with easy access to the town and beach. Luigi at the bar was friendly and positive. Nikkos in the restaurant was pleasant and hardworking. The pool had plenty of beds. Good value for money.

I had a great stay at this hotel in an awesome location. It was easy to reach the beach and also just a short walk to the Bus Stop 22. The hotel was in the sandy cove right on the sea front with a stunning view. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was delicious.
